As a result of specific social conditions like substance abuse, lack of access to education, unemployment and poverty, children are unable to grow their knowledge and skills to progress in the world.
We offer internships with a variety of nonprofit organisations that value the minds of the next generation. Our affiliate organisations believe in providing the youth with a set of skills, guidance and support to build their characters and ensure that they are set up for success in the future. The needs of our partner organisations vary but one thing is for certain – your help is crucial!
We offer opportunities to work with well-established nonprofit organisations that believe the key to social and economic growth in the future is through the successful moulding of the next generation. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with our partners with programmes that develop the knowledge and skills of children in fundamental areas. These key areas often involve providing a quality standard of basic education and exposure to art, media and after school activities.
These areas provide a platform for creating confidence and expanding the abilities of children, whilst allowing us to teach valuable lessons with exposure to quality curriculums, artistic mediums and seminars. Being an intern means that you’ll be working on a variety of projects to achieve the goal of youth skills development and build brighter futures.
Community Outreach and Youth Development
Our internships often work with the wider community to develop leadership skills and create successful mentors in at-risk areas. Working with our partners may involve taking part in programmes that focus on fostering young leaders and generating community support. For example, after school sport-based activities provide a platform for building team-working skills and better well-being, whilst music, dance, and drama allow us to create confidence and convey life lessons in a medium that resonates with a young audience.
As an intern you’ll be able to work with organisations that use mentorship as a means to help struggling families and community members. Participate in initiatives that improve the quality of life and critical thinking of children to impact societies in the future.
